" This is MY BELOVED SON . . . "

 

In the Bible, a commandment came forth from GOD. . . "Hear ye HIM !" HE spoke of HIS BELOVED SON, JESUS. If you are not sure what will happen to you after you die, why don't you read on and see what JESUS said will happen ?

If you reject JESUS, you will be judged one day by HIS WORD. Hear ye HIM ! "And if any man hear MY WORDs, and believe not, I judge him not: For I came not to judge the world, but to save the world. He that rejects ME and receives not MY WORDs, has one that judges him: the WORD that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day." (John 12:47-48)

If you do not believe in JESUS, you will die in your sins. Hear ye HIM ! "I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: For if ye believe not that I AM HE, ye shall die in your sins." (John 8:24) "For ALL have sinned and come short of the glory of GOD." (Romans 3:23)

JESUS said you will not get to Heaven without HIM. There is no other way ! Hear ye HIM ! "I AM the WAY, the TRUTH, and the LIFE: no man comes unto the FATHER, but by ME." (John 14:6) The Gospel "is the power of GOD unto Salvation for all who believe." (1st.Corinthians 1:16a) "Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the Gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; by which also ye are saved, . .For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that CHRIST died for our sins according to the Scriptures; and that HE was buried, and that HE rose again the third day according to the Scriptures:" (1st.Corinthians 15:1-2a,3-4) This HE did for you, personally ~ Hear ye HIM !

If you do not believe on JESUS, you are already condemned to a burning Hell ! Hear ye HIM ! "He that believes on HIM is not condemned: but he that believes not is condemned already because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten SON of GOD." (John 3:18)

If you are lost, you need to be saved from the wrath of GOD. Hear ye HIM ! "For the SON of MAN is come to save that which was lost." (Matthew 18:11) "Neither is there salvation in any other: For there is none other name under Heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved." (Acts 4:12)

"For they being ignorant of GOD's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of GOD." (Romans 10:3) You need GOD's righteousness. Without it, you will go to a Devil's Hell. At this moment, you can receive GOD's righteousness. Hear ye HIM ! "But as many as received HIM, to them gave HE the power to become the sons of GOD, even to them that believe on HIS name." (John 1:12)

Pray to JESUS, and ask HIM to come into your heart, to save you, and to forgive you of your sins. You can pray this simple prayer or one like it with all your heart:

LORD, I know that I am a sinner, and I believe YOU died and rose again for me. I am trusting YOU to forgive me, come into my heart and save me. Help me to live for YOU always. In JESUS' name I pray, AMEN.

GOD's WORD says, "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the LORD JESUS, and shalt believe in thine heart that GOD hath raised HIM from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. . .For whosoever shall call upon the name of the LORD shall be saved." (Romans 9-10,13)

The WORDs JESUS spoke stand sure - today, tomorrow and forever ! Hear ye HIM ! "Heaven and Earth shall pass away: but MY WORDs shall not pass away." (Matthew 24:35) "And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment." (Hebrews 9:27) Do you realize that the first half of this verse is proved as a fact each time someone dies ? It is also a fact that one day, you too will die, and you can also be sure that you will be judged by the WORD JESUS spoke ! What is your choice ?

___ I CHOOSE TO REJECT JESUS... Hear ye HIM ! "But whosoever shall deny ME before men, him will I also deny before MY FATHER which is in Heaven." (Matthew 10:33) "And he that believes not the SON shall not see life; but the wrath of GOD abides on him." (John 3:36b)

___ I CHOOSE TO ACCEPT JESUS AS MY SAVIOR... Hear ye HIM ! "And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of MY hand." (John 10:28) "He that hath the SON hath life, and he that hath not the SON of GOD hath not life." (1st.John 5:12)

Everlasting life begins when we receive CHRIST as our personal SAVIOR. The LORD JESUS said, "Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that hears MY WORD, and believes on HIM that sent ME, has everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life." (John 5:24)

GOD Wants You To Know That . . .

1. You are a sinner and cannot save yourself.

"For ALL have sinned and come short of the glory of GOD." Romans 3:23

GOD Wants You To Know That . . .

2. JESUS CHRIST has already provided the way of salvation.

"For GOD so loved the world, that HE gave HIS only begotten SON, that whosoever believes in HIM should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16

"Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the Gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; by which also ye are saved, . . For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that CHRIST died for our sins according to the Scriptures; and that HE was buried, and that HE rose again the third day according to the Scriptures:" 1st.Corinthians 15:1-2a,3-4

"For CHRIST also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that HE might bring us to GOD." 1st.Peter 3:18

GOD Wants You To Know That . . .

3. You must repent (turn to GOD from your sin).

"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the LORD JESUS, and believe in thine heart that GOD hath raised HIM from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. . .For whosoever shall call upon the name of the LORD shall be saved." Romans 10:9-10,13

GOD Wants You To Know That . . .

Acceptance or refusal determines your destiny.

"He that believes on HIM is not condemned: but he that believes not is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten SON of GOD . . . He that believes on the SON has everlasting life: and he that believes not the SON shall not see life; but the wrath of GOD abides on him." John 3:18,36

What Must I Do ?

1.  I must know that I am a sinner and cannot save myself.

2.  I must realize that I need a SAVIOR.

3.  I must believe the Gospel, that JESUS died for me personally.

4.  I must turn in faith to CHRIST.

The Bible says that "the goodness of GOD leads us to repentance" Romans 2:4. If you would be willing to turn to GOD in repentance and faith, and receive CHRIST as your personal SAVIOR, pray this simple prayer or one like it:

LORD, I know that I am a sinner; and I believe YOU died and rose again for me. I am trusting YOU to forgive me, come into my heart and save me. Help me to live for YOU always. In JESUS' name I pray, AMEN.

LOST.

LOST.

LOST.

LOST.  To a three-year old, being lost is not being able to see their mother -- even though she is in the next aisle at the grocery store.

LOST.  To the ten-year old, being lost is getting into the woods and not knowing the way out.

LOST.  To the traveler, being lost is making a wrong turn somewhere so that he will never reach his destination unless he gets help.

     Scramble all these pictures and we see ourselves ! All of mankind is lost. We are in the woods and cannot find the way out. But we notice that the signs and sights on the road we are traveling are not the ones we want. The choices we made previously are not bringing us to our goal.

     Simply stated, we can't find our FATHER; we don't know the way home. And the solutions are always the same:

1. Recognize that we are lost.

2. Check the compass, road map or GPS.

3. Listen for the father's call.

4. Ask advice from someone else.

5. Call for help !

     The three-year old finds her mother by calling for her or hearing her call. The ten-year old can find his way home if he has a compass or can see the sun. The traveler checks his maps or GPS or asks for advice - but only after he realizes that he is lost.

     Sad to say, most people today do not know that they are lost. They go merrily on their way to destruction (eternity in a Devil's Hell). But the Bible says, "All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way." (Isaiah 53:6)

     Yes, we have gone astray, but the Good News is that the LORD is "not willing that any should perish, but that ALL should come to repentance." (2nd.Peter 3:9b) And so, as a loving FATHER, GOD is calling to you. Right now reading this post is HIS call.

     How can you find your way back ? The Bible is the compass and road map and GPS that shows the way of life. Asking advice from other Christians is also a wise thing to do.

     

     In brief, the Bible tells us that we rebelled against GOD and separated ourselves from HIM. All our efforts of good works and religious rites (water baptism, rosary, church membership, etc.) cannot save us. So GOD sent HIS only SON, JESUS CHRIST, to become a man (and so HE is called the SON of MAN). "For GOD so loved the world, that HE gave HIS only begotten SON, that whosoever believes in HIM should not perish, but have everlasting life." (John 3:16). HE died for us to pay for our sins which is what the Good News of the Gospel is all about. "Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; by which also ye are saved, . . .For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that CHRIST died for our sins according to the Scriptures; and that HE was buried, and that HE rose again the third day according to the Scriptures:" (1st.Corinthians 15:1-2a,3-4). Faith in JESUS CHRIST brings us back to GOD.

"For the SON of MAN is come to seek and

to save that which was lost." (Luke 19:10)

     In Matthew 18 and Luke 15 we read the beautiful story of how JESUS, the GOOD SHEPHERD, looks for one lost sheep. YOU are that lost sheep. When you come to JESUS, HE rejoices and says to others, "REJOICE, with ME; for I have found my sheep which was lost."

"I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be 

in Heaven over one sinner that 

repents." (Luke 15:6,7)

     You are very valuable in GOD's sight. In fact, HE gave HIS life for HIS lost sheep even while they were HIS enemies. "But GOD commends HIS love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, CHRIST died for us." (Romans 5:8). HE does not want any of them to be lost ! Come to HIM today !

" Heaven is Real, Are YOU Going There ? "

 

Heaven is a place that is "the perfection of beauty" with "gates. . .of. . .pearl" and a "street of. . .pure gold."

In Heaven "there shall be no more night. . ." it is a place where there is "fullness of joy" and "pleasures forevermore."

The LORD JESUS "came down from Heaven" to tell us that;  "For GOD so loved the world, that HE gave HIS only begotten SON, that whosoever believeth in HIM should not perish, but have everlasting life."

YOU are loved.

GOD wants you to knw that you are loved. The LORD JESUS said, "For GOD so loved the world. . ." You are a part of this world, and GOD loves you. HE gave HIS SON for you, and HE wants you ". . .to know the love of CHRIST. . ." (Ephesians 3:19).

YOU are of worth.

The LORD also wants you to know that you are of worth. You are so dear to GOD ". . .that HE gave HIS only begotten SON. . ." 

The Bible teaches us that we are all sinners. "For ALL have sinned, and come short of the glory of GOD" (Romans 3:23). And sin must be for, "For the wages of sin is death. . ." (Romans 6:23). 

But the Bible also teaches us that ". . .CHRIST died for our sins according to the Scriptures" (1st.Corinthians 15:3). GOD demonstrated HIS love for us and your worth to HIM when HE sent HIS son to die in your place.

The Good News is that the LORD JESUS paid your sin debt in full when HE died on the cross. "For HE hath made HIM to be sin for us. . ." (2nd.Corinthians 5:21). CHRIST loves you and gave HIMSELF for you as payment for your sin. CHRIST's payment for your sin was accepted by GOD. It satisfied GOD's requirement for forgiveness. You may ask, "How can GOD forgive my sin ?" HE can because of what JESUS did. ". . .While we were yet sinners, CHRIST died for us" (Romans 5:8).

YOU can have hope.

GOD wants you to know that you can have hope. HE said, ". . .that whosoever believeth in HIM should not perish. . ." HE rose from the dead, and HE said, "Because I live, ye shall live also" (John 14:19).

YOU can have purpose.

GOD wants you to know that you can have purpose in life. HE desires that you ". . .should not perish, but have everlasting life." Everlasting life is ours when we turn to GOD in repentance and faith, and receive the LORD JESUS CHRIST as our personal SAVIOR.

You may ask, "How can I receive GOD's promise of eternal life ?"

Acknowledge that you are a sinner, "for all have sinned, and come short of the glory of GOD" (Romans 3:23).

Believe that the LORD JESUS died for you, for "CHRIST died for our sins according to the Scriptures" (1st.Corinthians 15:3).

Call upon the LORD to save you. "for whosever shall call upon the name of the LORD shall be saved" (Romans 10:13).

If you would like to know that you will go to Heaven when you die, pray this simple prayer or one like it and receive CHRIST today:

" Eternal Life is a FREE Gift ! "

 

     The LORD JESUS CHRIST paid the full price for the salvation of your soul. HE "gave HIMSELF for our sins," (Galatians 1:4a) JESUS, the SON of GOD, "loved me, and gave HIMSELF for me." (Galatians 2:20b) Now because "by HIS OWN blood HE entered in once into the Holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us." there remains no price for us to pay ! (Hebrews 9:12b) We are "justified freely by HIS grace." (Romans 3:24a) "It is finished:" JESUS said on the cross (John 19:30b)

Doing good works cannot save you.

     Salvation is "Not of works, lest any man should boast." (Ephesians 2:9) GOD "hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to HIS OWN purpose and grace, which was given us in CHRIST JESUS before the world began." (2nd.Timothy 1:9b)

     The Bible, GOD's Holy WORD, says, "As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:" (Romans 3:10) "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of GOD;" (Romans 3:23) Sin is the problem, and even belonging to a church will not take it away. JESUS CHRIST HIMSELF said, "Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of GOD." (John 3:3b) As the Bible says, "Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the Law." (Romans 3:28) "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of GOD:" (Ephesians 2:8)

You cannot take chances.

     The Bible says, "And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:" (Hebrews 9:27) You really don't know for sure how much time is left of your life. No one is promised any more time than the moment they are in. "Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life ? It is even a vapor, that appears for a little time, and then vanishes away." (James 4:14)

You cannot save yourself.

     The Bible says, "Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the Law," (Galatians 2:16a) It also says, "we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousenesses are as filthy rags;" (Isaiah 64:6a)

Salvation is free to all.

     The Bible says, "Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the Gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; by which also ye are saved, . . .For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that CHRIST died for our sins according to the Scriptures; and that HE was buried, and that HE rose again the third day according to the Scriptures:" (1st.Corinthians 15:1-2a,3-4) "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the LORD shall be saved. (Romans 10:13) The Bible says, "CHRIST JESUS came into the world to save sinner;" (1st.Timothy 1:15b) "For CHRIST also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that HE might bring us to GOD," (1st.Peter 3:18a)

If you do not get saved . . . 

     The Bible says, "And the smoke of their torment ascends up forever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night," (Revelation 14:11a) "For the wages of sin is death;" (Romans 6:23a) This death is more than just a physical death. It is an "eternal burning" ! The Bible says, "But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the Lake which burns with fire and brimstone which is the second death." (Revelation 21:8)

How you can be saved . . .

     The Bible calls for "repentance toward GOD," (Acts 20:21b) Repentance is a change of heart which causes you to turn to GOD from your sin. Accept the Bible truth that you are guilty as a sinner before HIM, and you are unable to deliver yourself from the punishment of a Devil's Hell, which is due you because of your sin.

     The Bible also calls for "faith toward our LORD JESUS CHRIST." (Acts 20:21b) Faith is putting complete trust in JESUS CHRIST as your only means of clearing your guilt and delivering your soul from the punishment of Hell. The Bible says, ". . .Believe on the LORD JESUS CHIRST, and thou shalt be saved," (Acts 16:31a) If you will receive JESUS CHRIST into your heart, by trusting HIM to save your soul, you will become a son of GOD and spend eternity in Heaven. "But as many as received HIM, to them gave HE power to become the sons of GOD, even to them that believe on HIS name:" (John 1:12)

     GOD promises HE will save you if you will trust JESUS CHRIST as your SAVIOR. "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the LORD JESUS, and shalt believe in thine heart that GOD hath raised HIM from the dead, thou shalt be saved." (Romans 10:9) PLEASE accept the "free gift" of eternal life GOD is offering you.

     JESUS CHRIST said, "Come unto ME, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take MY yoke upon you, and learn of ME; for I AM meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For MY yoke is easy, and MY burden is light." (Matthew 11:28-30) If you will accept JESUS CHRIST as your LORD and SAVIOR, please pray this simple prayer with all your heart:

LORD, I know that I am a sinner, and I believe YOU died and rose again for me. I am trusting YOU to forgive me, come into my heart and save me. Help me to live for YOU always. In JESUS' name I pray, AMEN.

     JESUS said, "Verily, verily, I say unto you. He that hears MY WORD, and believes on HIM that sent ME, has everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life."  (John 5:24) PLEASE don't refuse the "FREE GIFT" that GOD is offering you at this very moment.

" MESSIAH "

 

     The holiest day in the year is Yom Kippur (Day of Atonement). It is known as "the Sabbath of Sabbaths." This is the day that Jews ask the LORD to forgive them of their sins of the past year.

     However, what does the LORD want from us for the forgiveness of sins ? The answer can be found in the Bible, GOD's Holy WORD. "For on that day shall the priest make an atonement for you, to cleanse you, that ye may be clean from all your sins before the LORD." (Leviticus 16:30). "And he shall wash his flesh with water in the holy place, and put on his garments, and come forth, and offer his burnt offering, and the burnt offering of the people, and make an atonement for himself, and for the people." (Leviticus 16:24). "For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that makes an atonement for the soul." (Leviticus 17:11) A sacrifice is needed for our transgressions (sins), and it was instituted to cover our sin.

     The Bible spoke of lambs, rams, turtledoves, pigeons, goats, or cattle being given for a sacrifice. In more recent times, the only form of animal sacrifice has been a chicken, even though the Bible never speaks of chicken as a sacrifice.

     We must now ask ourselves, "Why don't we sacrifice today ?" Is it possible that a perfect sacrifice has already been offered for the atonement of our sins. . .once and for all ? If this is the case, where does the Bible speak of such things ? In the book of Isaiah, the Bible states, "But HE was wounded for our transgressions, HE was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon HIM; and by HIS stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD has laid on HIM the iniquity of us all. . .Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise HIM; HE has put HIM to grief: when THOU shall make HIS soul an offering for sin, HE shall see HIS seed, HE shall prolong HIS days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in HIS hand." (Isaiah 53:5-6,10)

     WHO is the LORD our GOD speaking about ? It is the MESSIAH ! "Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews. But the hour comes, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship HIM . GOD is a SPIRIT: and they that worship HIM must worship HIM in SPIRIT and TRUTH. The woman said unto HIM, I know that MESSIAH is coming, which is called CHRIST: when HE is come, HE will tell us all things. JESUS said unto her, I that speak unto you AM HE." (John 4:22-26) Therefore if JESUS CHRIST were the perfect sacrifice for our sins, there is no need for the sacrificial system today.

     What must you do to have this sacrifice applied to your heart, thereby cleansing you from ALL your sins (past, present & future) forever by the MESSIAH's blood ? First, the Bible says that you must repent (turning to GOD from your sin) of your sins. "Therefore I will JUDGE you, O house of Israel, every one according to his ways, says the LORD GOD. Repent and turn yourselves from all your transgressions (sins); so iniquity shall not be your ruin. Cast away from you all your transgressions, whereby ye have transgressed; and make you a new heart and a new spirit: for why will ye die, O house of Israel ? For I have no pleasure in the death of him that dies, says the LORD GOD: wherefore turn yourselves, and live ye." (Ezekiel 18:30-32)

     Secondly, you must believe, "Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the Gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; by which also ye are saved, . . For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that CHRIST died for our sins according to the Scriptures; and that He was buried, and that HE rose again the third day according to the Scriptures:" (1st.Corinthians 15:1-2a, 3-4). "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the LORD JESUS, and shalt believe in thine heart that GOD has raised HIM from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the Scripture says, Whosoever believes on HIM shall not be ashamed. For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek (Gentile): for the same LORD over all is rich unto all that call upon HIM." (Romans 10:9-12) "For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to GOD by the death of HIS SON, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by HIS life. And not only so, but we also joy in GOD through our LORD JESUS CHRIST, by WHOM we have now received the atonement." (Romans 5:10-11)

     Thirdly, you must pray and ask the MESSIAH, JESUS CHRIST, into your heart, to forgive your sins, once and for all with a simple prayer like this one:

LORD, I know that I am a sinner, and I believe YOU died and rose again for me. I am trusting YOU to forgive me, come into my heart and save me. Help me to live for you always. In JESUS' name I pray, AMEN !

GOD's WORD says, "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the LORD shall be saved." (Romans 10:13) JESUS said, "Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that hears MY WORD, and believes on HIM that sent ME, has everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life." " The Romans Road to Heaven "

It was said during the Roman Empire "All roads lead to Rome." Some say that about Heaven today. "ALL Religious roads lead to Heaven." Is that really true or is there just "ONE WAY" to Heaven ?

WHY CAN'T WE GO TO HEAVEN ?

Because we are ALL sinners !

"For ALL have sinned, and come short of the glory of GOD;" Romans 3:23

"As it is written, There is NONE righteous, no, not one:" Romans 3:10

We must then conclude that in our natural state, GOD views us as lost sinners that are headed to some place of rewards.

WHERE WILL WE GO ?

"For the wages of sin is death (in a Devil's Hell); but the gift of GOD is eternal life through JESUS CHRIST our LORD." Romans 6:23

Since the Bible terms the Second Death, the "Lake of Fire," death in this verse means when we sin now, we pay later, first in a Devil's Hell then in the Lake of Fire. "And Death and Hell were cast into the Lake of Fire. This is the second death." Revelation 20:14.

HOW CAN WE GO TO HEAVEN 

WHEN WE PHYSICALLY DIE ?

"But GOD commended HIS love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, CHRIST died for us." Romans 5:8

"Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the Gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; by which also ye are saved,. . . For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that CHRIST died for our sins according to the Scriptures; and that HE was buried, and that HE rose again the third day according to the Scriptures:" 1st.Corinthians 15:1-2a,3-4.

Realize your state before GOD as a sinner, condemned to pay your debt to HIM by going to a Devil's Hell. See that GOD, WHO loves you in spite of your sins (while we were yet sinners), sent JESUS CHRIST to take the punishment for your sin on HIMSELF. After you acknowledge these things in your heart, please read on.

"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the LORD JESUS, and shalt believe in thine heart that GOD has raised HIM from the dead (JESUS is not dead, but alive by the power of HIS resurrection, showing that HE was and is GOD), thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. . .For whosoever shall call upon the name of the LORD shall be saved." Romans 10:9-10,13.

GOD calls accepting CHRIST being saved. It is trusting what HE said in HIS WORD and then doing something about it.

WHAT EXACTLY DO I DO NOW ?

Realize you are lost. Realize CHRIST died & rose again to pay your sin debt in full. Ask HIM to forgive you and save you. Will you please pray this simple prayer or one like it with all your heart:

LORD, I know that I am a sinner, and I believe YOU died and rose again for me. I am trusting YOU to forgive me, come into my heart and save me. Help me to live for YOU always. In JESUS' name I pray, AMEN.

Everlasting life begins when we receive CHRIST as our personal SAVIOR. The LORD JESUS said, "Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that hears MY WORD, and believes on HIM that sent ME, has everlasting life, and shall not come unto condemnation; but is passed from death unto life." John 5:24

" Satan ~ The god of this world ! "

 

SATAN CONTROLS THE LOST IMMORAL.

     I have talked to men and women behind prison bars and on skid row, with the ugly scars of sin showing in their faces and broken bodies. Most of them not realizing that Satan is the god of sin, and what power he has had over their lives. It is so very sad to see men and women with broken lives under the dominion of Satan.

SATAN CONTROLS THE LOST MORAL.

     My Friend, we see on the other hand though, men and women that are good parents, first class citizens, fine moral leaders, and church members that are also under the dominion of Satan. It is hard to understand how these two classes of people could be under the dominion of the same person, Satan. The answer comes from GOD's WORD.

     "He that believes on HIM is not condemned: but he that believes not is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten SON of GOD (JESUS)." John 3:18

     "In whom the god of this world has blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious Gospel of CHRIST, WHO is the image of GOD, should shine unto them." 2nd. Corinthians 4:4

SATAN CONTROLS FALSE TEACHERS.

     Satan has influence and power enough to keep a man from looking into the Bible and seeing GOD's SON giving HIS life for a sin cursed world.

     "For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of CHRIST. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light." 2nd. Corinthians 11:13-14

     In this Scripture GOD reveals Satan as a deceiver, even working in religious fields, and that certain men have joined Satan to help in his work.

     You may ask, "How can I tell false teachers from the true ones ?" The false teachers never mention the fact that JESUS CHRIST paid ALL their sin debt with HIS OWN precious blood.

     "without [the] shedding of blood [there] is no remission." Hebrews 9:22b

     "Unto HIM that loved us, and washed us from our sins in HIS OWN blood," Revelation 1:5b

     "Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the Gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; by which also ye are saved, . . . For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that CHRIST died for our sins according to the Scriptures; and that HE was buried, and that HE rose again the third day according to the Scriptures:" 1st.      They teach good works (water baptism) and church membership to be saved, but never tell you that you need to turn to GOD from your sin and trust in the finished work JESUS did to save you.

     "I tell you, Nay: but except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish." Luke 13:3

     "CHRIST died for our sins according to the Scriptures;" 1st. Corinthians 15:3b

     They laugh at sin, and the present and eternal damage that it does.

     "Fools make a mock at sin:" Proverbs 14:9a

     "For the wages of sin is death;" Romans 6:23a

In a sense, you can measure men's love for GOD by how much they hate sin.

JESUS HAS POWER OVER SATAN !

     You may ask, "How can I be saved ?" Only by GOD's power ! Let us read.

     "But thanks be to GOD, which gives us the victory through our LORD JESUS CHRIST." 1st. Corinthians 15:57

     "But as many as received HIM, to them gave HE power to become the sons of GOD, even to them that believe on HIS name:" John 1:12

     The Bible reveals the true work of JESUS CHRIST, that of dying for a sin cursed world. HIS DEATH, IN OUR PLACE, to COMPLETELY pay for our sin, escape the burning Hell and have eternal life in Heaven with HIM !

     If you really believe JESUS can save you, pray this simple prayer or one like with all your heart:
